Simple employer role
Armour does the membership work.
For a member-direct-pay account, the employer generally provides voluntary access, scheduling, and a suitable environment for information and enrollment. The employer does not collect bank information, collect membership fees, calculate redemptions, approve discounts, or issue member payments.
Payroll-deduction accounts are a separate channel. They require an electronically signed payroll agreement, the employer’s lawful payroll process, and each employee’s separate written authorization for the exact deduction before a deduction begins.
Not insurance. Armour’s current discount memberships do not provide health, life, accident, disability, unemployment, wage-replacement, or other insurance coverage.
